    What happens next

    1. Start Day 0

      Pay a $20 start fee (not refunded for a change of mind). You get the questionnaire straight away. The $20 comes off the final price.

    2. Brief Your materials

      Answer the questionnaire and send everything that goes on the site: text, photos, logo, prices, details. Buy your domain (we show you how).

    3. Draft 3–5 working days

      Version 1 on an unlisted preview link (anyone you share it with can open it; search engines are told not to list it): within 5 working days of a complete brief and all materials, or 3 on Business.

    4. Reviews 2 or 4 reviews

      Send your changes, get the next version: 2 reviews on Starter, 4 on Business. Need more? Upgrade. Not for you after version 1? Stop there and pay nothing more.

    5. Accept and go live Handover

      Accept the site and pay the balance (no change-of-mind refunds after you accept). We connect your domain, launch and hand over your logins. Problems with our work in the first 90 days are fixed free.

    Your domain, in your name

    Your domain (yourbusiness.co.nz) is your address on the internet. You buy it and it stays registered to you, so nobody can ever hold it hostage, us included. It costs about $20–40 a year.

    1. Check the name is free and buy it at Cloudflare (sold at cost, .nz and .co.nz supported) or any NZ registrar.
    2. Register it to your business and keep the login yourself.
    3. Give us access to its settings (DNS) so we can connect the site. We send the exact clicks.

    Fair both ways

    • You send all the materials: text, photos, logo, prices, details. The clock for your first version starts when the brief and materials are complete.
    • Not for you after the first draft? Stop. You pay nothing more; the $20 covers our time on the brief and is not refunded for a change of mind.
    • Brief not sent within 60 days? The start fee expires.
    • No reply from you for 30 days during the build? We pause the project. Pick it back up within 6 months without paying again.
    • Special projects: after the brief you get a fixed quote. 30% to start the build, the rest at handover.
