The package you picked, your materials, a set number of versions.
Each package lists what it includes on our website at the time you paid the start fee.
You provide all the materials for the site through the questionnaire: text, photos, logo, prices and any other details. Timelines start when the questionnaire and all materials are complete. We deliver the first version within 5 working days on Starter and within 3 working days on Business (priority), plus the time you take to review each version. These are our delivery targets; a delay on our side gives you no right to compensation, but we will tell you as soon as we know.
Starter includes 3 versions (a first draft and 2 reviews); Business includes 5 (a first draft and 4 reviews). A review is one list of changes, any number of them, sent together. Changes that add something new beyond the package (a page, a feature) are quoted first.
You never have to accept a version you are not happy with. If you need more reviews on Starter, you can upgrade to Business by paying the difference in price, which adds 2 reviews and the rest of the Business package. Beyond the reviews in Business, we agree the next step with you in writing before doing more work: a fixed quote, or launching and continuing with normal requests.
After launch, work is done as requests: an incident, an amendment (changing something that exists, up to 30 minutes) or a feature (something new). We decide the type, tell you before starting, and never do chargeable work without your yes.
An incident is something we built, or the hosting we provide, that worked and has stopped working. Not incidents: problems caused by changes made by you or anyone else, by content, or by third-party services (for example Google, your email, your domain registrar), and anything new. We help with those as amendments or features. Incidents are fixed free for customers on a plan, and for everyone during the 90-day fix guarantee (section 08); otherwise an incident costs $39.
We aim to respond to incidents, and to alerts from our monitoring, within 4 business hours. Other messages and requests get the reply time of your plan (Keep: 2 business days, Care: next business day, Grow: same day; without a plan: 2 business days). Business hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm NZ time, excluding public holidays. Response times are targets, not a guaranteed service level, and we do not guarantee that a site is always available.
